Singer/ songwriter Anisa Hayes has been described as "Sarah McLachlan meets Joni Mitchell". She sings melodic folk-pop with relatable, storytelling lyrics, including an eclectic mix of acoustic pop, folk, and classic covers by artists such as Jewel, Dave Mathews, Van Morrison, Indigo Girls, and Jason Mraz. She has played in festivals and clubs galore, and opened for national acts to crowds of 10,000 plus. She spent six years in Nashville where she co-wrote pop, Americana, and alt-country songs for other artists and played writer's showcases, including performing at the iconic Blue Bird Cafe.
